Looks familiar? We hope not!

Either way, if you are seeing screen like that, it is not a prank. Your Facebook Ad Account is disabled and you are seeking way how to get back on track. To get back to those juicy performance and sales. To revive that nice ROAS you finally cracked.
Well, you are at the right place. We wrote this article to get you back to business. But we decided to avoid "parroting" obvious tips. Instead we put together this one from very realistic and business-wise viewpoint. There is no place for hypotheses when your Facebook Ad Account is disabled and your business is at stake.
While this is happening you will probably notice following:
Don't worry, we will for sure come for practical options, let's examine the possible causes. Usually this would be related to the some sort of repeated behaviour which Facebook considered as offensive. This could be suspicious activity or content of your ads. Let's chunk it down to specific possible triggers which could lead to make your Facebook Ad Account disabled:
Disturbing ads/violation of Ads Policy in terms of its content: basically you could violate Facebook Ad "rules" by publishing something they don't allow in their policies. Disturbing business field, health policy, before-after...the list is not short.
Overspending or late payments: Facebook don't like when you spam (i.e. spend) too much when Ad Account is new. Mostly because of the fact, that this is quite common for spammy Ad Accounts. You have to gradualy increase your budget. The latter is obvious- maybe you didn't paid what was owed.
Weird activity in terms of logging in: This is possible too, especially when you logged in from different IP adresses or different devices. This could appear as some kind of nonsense, but Facebook can flag it as suspicious behaviour.
Disturbing/not appropriate landing pages: The content of your landing page(s) was maybe disturbing in the eyes of Facebook or not related to the content of your ads. Also not clear, not suspicious landing pages could be trigger.
There are many other possible causes, but as we mentioned above, it is was probably repeated behaviour which Facebook considered against its policies or their algorithm spot something and flagged your account. Sounds scary, but sometimes Facebook Ad Account gets disabled out of blue. The sad story is that you don't have decisions of Facebook under control. On the contrary, the way how you will approach this problem you have.

If your Facebook Ad Account is disabled you have sereval options how you can get possibly (or maybe not) out of this unpleasant situation. Sounds contradictory since we put label "3 things not to do"? Well you have to always take a look from holistic business standpoint. We took the same look while forming this blogpost for you and consider it as a sort of debunking rather as "you can't do this" directive. And hence if your Facebook Ad Account is disabled and you seek stability of your future Facebook marketing efforts, you always have to "weigh" the cons of your options too.
Marketing pseudoguru classics: "Form the right polite message, ask for review, appeal and maybe Facebook will consider you as a good guy and you are safe". If this would be the fully working remedy, then there will not be so many people still spamming Google with queries of "what to do Facebook Ad Account is disabled". There are two problems with this approach:
Regarding the time consuming problem- you can't put any expectation towards the time that will flow from the point you put your disabled Facebook Ad Account on a review until you will get outcome. This could be days, weeks or maybe more- in other words you are simply hoping that tomorrow would be the D-day, when Facebook will lift off this burden while you are still in the status quo when your Facebook Ad Account is disabled. You can't plan your Facebook marketing strategy, you can't do any roadmap since you are missing important and tangible variable in your business formula- when can I run my ads again? And during this unknown period you are losing your business opportunities.
Secondly, the assurance of outcome. Let's put this straight: Facebook is interacting with so many Ad Accounts that it sees it as numbers. And when your Facebook Ad Account is disabled, millions of other Ad Accounts are disabled also. For some reason it flagged you by its algorithms as "persona non grata" and it sees you simply as bad Ad Account among many. While considering this, you don't have any guarantee that your appeal will go the right way (and from our experience, those chances are sadly low).
Better approach than waiting for appeal while your Facebook Ad Account is disabled, but it has some flaws too. First of all you can't exclude risk that Facebook has flagged your BM or personal account from which your fresh new Ad Account will appear. You can bypass this by creating Facebook Ad Account by using Facebook account of your friend/relative/coworker (which is quite common), but it will not check out the main flaw of this approach. And the main flaw is based on very nature of this approach- you are building from scratch.
Let's decrypt this flaw. You will have a totally new Ad Account, which needs some mandatory steps from day one until you can get to the complexity of your previous disabled Facebook Ad Account. Let's say you got used to spending of 1k at your campaings at various ad sets per day. You can't simply do that from the first day of opening your Facebook Ad Account. Facebook will simply not let you do that and in some cases it could look suspicious.
That's why the term "warming up Ad Account" is so well known among everyone who is in this business for a while. So you need to slowly and gradualy warm up you Ad Account- it costs you time, limits your scaling and you can only imagine the cashflow you could have if you had an option to avoid this warming up step. By common means you can't jump over this one and it will take weeks.
Seems like a magical and easy solution but it is the risky one. We highly don't recommend this one. Honestly, we understand the frustration many marketers have when their Facebook Ad Account is disabled. That's why we understand too why so many of them are seeking any fixes including this one- desperate times sometimes produce desperate measures (even those like buying farmed accounts from unreliable sources). In this case it is very likely you can step into a trap and get scammed. You don't know if farmed accounts are properly vetted. You don't know the Ad Account history. You don't know if you will be even delivered what you paid for. At the end of the day you can lose money because you was not really sure who you are working with.
Even if some of approaches above can give you at least some hope or even solution, we can agree on the fact that those are not ideal from the business standpoint. What's the ideal scenario? Don't get your Facebook Ad Account disabled we presume. Or if so, then to at least have the ability to recreate Ad Account to the state as your previous Ad Account in shortest time possible. Without warming up, scaling to the desired budget from the day one. Actually this ideal scenario is can truly be part of your business. How? By considering Facebook Agency Ad Accounts.
In case you are not familiar with Facebook Agency Ad Accounts, we will give you a little background. The right partner (agency) should do the trick. This is crucial, because usually partner-seeking like this happens when you Facebook Ad Account is disabled and you for sure don't want to lose any extra time with someone who can't provide effectively. The right agency will have "customer-first" attitude, will be highly observant to your inquiry and will not hesitate to go through all your business needs (this is important, because every business is different so with good agency you will probably get more packages to choose from).
